༄། །སྟེང་དགའ་ལྡན་ལྷ་ཡི་ཕོ་བྲང་ན། །
High above in the celestial palace of Tusita
རྗེ་བྱམས་པའི་ཐུགས་ལས་འཁྲུངས་པའི་ཆོས། །
The teachings borne from the heart of supreme Maîtreya
དེ་འཕགས་པ་ཐོགས་མེད་མ་ལགས་པ། །
Except that of Arya Asanga
གཞན་མཁས་དང་གྲུབ་པས་ཞུ་ས་མེད། །
None other learned and accomplished masters can obtain it.
འོག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོའི་ནང་ཞིག་ན། །
Down below in the depth of the vast oceans
སྨན་ལྟང་དཀར་ཉ་མོའི་མཁྲིས་པ་དེ། །
The medicine made from the white bellied fish bile
ཀླུ་དགའོ་འཇོག་པོ་མ་ལགས་པ། །
Except that of Naga King Nanda Takshaka
གཞན་ཕལ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་དབང་མེད། །
None other common beings has the power to enjoy it.
བར་མི་ཡི་འཛམ་གླིང་ནོར་བུ་ལ། །
In between in the human world of all preciousness
དཔལ་མི་དབང་འཇིགས་མེད་སེངྒེ་འཁྲུངས། །
Glorious King Jigme Singye Wangchuck was born
ལྷོ་ཁ་བཞིའི་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་མ་ལགས་པ། །
Except that of beings born in the land of four doors ( Bhutan)
མི་གཞན་ལ་དེ་འདྲའི་སྐལ་བ་མེད། །
None other human being has that fortune.
ལྷ་དགའ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང་། །
The wish fulfilling tree is the source of joy to the Gods,
ཀླུ་སྐྱིད་པའི་འབྱུང་གནས་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར། །
The wish fulfilling gem is the source of peace to the nagas
མིའི་དགའ་སྐྱིད་དཔལ་འཛོམས་འབྱུང་བའི་ཁུངས། །
The source of peace and happiness for all human
དེ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་ཉག་གཅིག་ཡིན། །
Is the manifested dharma King only.
སྐུ་ལྟ་བ་མིག་གི་བདུད་རྩི་ལ། །
You Body, handsome and pleasing to the eyes
གསུང་སྙན་པ་ཡིད་ཀྱི་དགའ་སྟོན་ཡིན། །
Your pleasing speech, is a joy to the heart
ཐུགས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་ཉི་མ་རང་ཤར་གྱིས། །
Through the natural sun like radiance of wisdom and love of your mind
འབངས་བདེ་ལ་བཀོད་པ་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཆེ། །
Placed all the subjects to freedom. Thank you.
དྲིན་ལན་ལ་འཁོར་ཐབས་མ་མཆིས་ཀྱང་། །
There isn't a method to repay your kindness, yet
དགུང་དྲུག་བཅུ་ཕེབས་པའི་དགའ་སྟོན་ལ། །
During this joyous celebration of your 60th birth anniversary
ཡིད་དད་པ་དམ་ཚིག་འབྲལ་མེད་ངང་། །
My mind inseparable from the domain of faith and solemn vow
སྐུ་འགྱུར་མེད་ཞབས་པད་བརྟན་པར་གསོལ། །
Wish and pray for you, a very stable long life
དུས་ད་ལྟ་གསེར་ཁྲིར་མ་བཞུགས་ཀྱང་། །
Even though at the moment you have relinquished your golden throne
སྲས་མངའ་བདག་འཇིགས་མེད་གེ་སར་བཞུགས། །
His Majesty Jigme Khesar is reigning on the golden throne
ཁྱེད་ཡབ་སྲས་གཉིས་ལ་ཁྱད་པར་མེད། །
There is no difference between father and son
བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ལན་བརྒྱར་ཞུ། །
So therefore I offer my auspicious prayer for hundred of times.
ཞེས་པའང་མཁན་མིང་འཇིགས་གྲགས་པས་མི་དབང་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་ཡབ་སྲས་ལ་མཐའ་མའི་བསྟོད་གླུར་བྲིས།།
